Our morning Miami ritual: walking the boardwalk on Miami Beach with our good friend Christine Schefman, followed by the most fantastic yogurt parfait from the Fountainbleau enjoyed from our balcony overlooking the beautiful blue ocean. Exercising is never as good as in Miami!
